उत्तर प्रदेश में आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर (EWS) और वंचित वर्ग के बच्चों को प्राइवेट स्कूलों में मुफ्त शिक्षा का अवसर दिया जाता है।
RTE अधिनियम के तहत राज्य के लगभग 68,000 निजी स्कूलों में 25% सीटें गरीब और वंचित वर्ग के बच्चों के लिए आरक्षित होती हैं।
इन सीटों पर बच्चों से कोई फीस नहीं ली जाती, और उनकी पढ़ाई का पूरा खर्च सरकार द्वारा वहन किया जाता है।
यह योजना बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से लागू की गई है।
